you probably can't analyze this hand from an outsider's perspective

they've been playing for hours at the table before it comes down to the final 2, and Phil Ivey is well-known for his aggressive style

there are a lot of elements that go into a tournament heads-up play...
Phil probably knows what kind of hands the other guy would raise/call preflop and with that flop, it's very unlikely that it helps his opponent. With Phil's guts, he was able to make that play.

有人話...因為佢reraise phil 之後個pot 810k. 之後phil問佢...有幾多left behiend. 佢仲有..320k...所以佢都commit 個pot...點解唔push all in...only 3 bet. therefore..phil push

good play for both players (not ivy only) !!!!

其實大家都知大家係bluff.... (大家已經根據 以往的玩法..)

這是 poker 中的行為心理學...

e.g.

如果你同一個人 heads-up..

如果他 raise pre_flop every hand...., 你一call 不足夠的話, 你就會automatically lost...
所以如果對手常常raise...

we have to do is: re_raise....

that's means if your opponent raise frequently, we need to re-raise frequently....

if he raise every hands, you need to reraise everyhand.....

大家其實不是玩 poker... 而是玩心理.... 從而希望下一hands or future hands 對手會怕, 之後希望好打d.....
