稱呼-Anrede (title): Frau (Mrs), Herr (Mr)
名-Vorname:* (First name)
姓-Nachname:* (Last name)
信箱-Email-Adresse:* (Email address)
國家- Land * (country)

成功後到申請的E-mail, 即可得到授權KEY.咁你就有180天既Premium free licence

然後封EMAIL係咁(當然啦,佢原本係德文版,我再去英文版再send 過封email)
