I tried 新西湖 and 華都  during the weeks of Feb. 12 to 22.  I am from HK and I only speak Cantonese.  
        In 新西湖 the old man host with one bad eye charged me 180myr for a 45 minute Viet.  Two days later in 新西湖, a youngman host charged me 150myr for the same Viet. When I was leaving 新西湖, I heard  the old man host cursing the young man host about charging only 150myr.
    In  華都, the host charged me 180myr for a 45 minute Viet.  Two days later I over heard another customer coming out from  華都 talking on the phone about 華都 at 150myr.   
       I went to Hotel Royal Penang and the Mandarin speaking lady host on the second floor gave me the price of 220myr for a 45 minute Chinese girl.  I didn't try Hotel Royal Penang because I like the simple pricing in JB.  
     Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the Viet in Georgetown's spa.  I believe  新西湖 and 華都 overcharged me because I do not speak Malay, Fujian  or Hakka.             抱歉我唔識 鍵入中文
