The correct name should be Texas Hold'em.

To win the game is to choose the best five cards either from 5 community cards or 2 face down cards

i.e. 3 community cards + 2 face down or
     4 community cards + 1 face down or
your two cards are the smallest cards,5 community cards will be used, (normally players will share the pool if all cards held by players are smaller than the 5 community cards.

Another game is called Omaha hi/lo.

To win the game has to select 2 of 4 from face down cards (players will hold 4 cards, it will be no luck if you hold 4 of kinds)
and 3 of 5 community cards to combine the best five cards.
