I have had the same problem, Paypal also didn't accept my credit card for obvious reasons so the only way I can possibly deposit and play on sites such as pokerstars is depositing money via Western Union. Now, the disadvantage of this method is that services charges on WU AND PS is quite hefty, I had to pay over USD29 to WU and 3% service charge to PS...not sure what you guys think about the extra charges but I guess if I was to play then yeah, I have to pay!
Another method to deposit is via bank wired transfer. Now the downside to this is that there is a 3 day wait and to me, I rather pay 29 + to deposit and play immediately. Withdrawing money is the same, the easiest way is to do it via bank transfer, not sure if there is service charge as I haven't tried to withdraw yet (waiting to withdraw a big amount so that it makes it more worth for the service charge)
