Brennan goes to New Orleans in order to aid in the identification of the bodies found in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, only to end up as the prime suspect in a murder of which she has no recollection.
Brennan到紐奧良一臨時陳屍間驗屍協助辨認受颶風Katrina襲擊後出現的屍體，可是她卻在自己也記不起的情況下成了一謀殺案的主要嫌疑 犯！Brennan有一段記憶空白了。她只記得之前她與工作伙伴在檢驗時發現其中一具屍體的口腔內似乎藏著些甚麼。之後的記憶便是她身處酒店房間的浴室地 上，躺於血泊中，頭部遭割傷。到底當中發生了甚麼事，而Brennan又是否行兇者？
