For first timers, the xxx places in Thailand are easy to find, but not Vietnam.  For Bangkok, the small massage shops around  phrom phong BTS station, has much repeat customers and fair prices.  Average 2500b complete price for 90 minutes of xxx service.  The small rooms are clean enough to meet Japanese standards.

You might find Thailand cheaper then China.  In Shenzhen, a 60 minutes airplane meal in a small windowless room by a 28 year old topless lady cost  280rmb / 1450b.  In Chiangmai, 1450b get you an 80 minutes airplane meal by a fully naked 20 year old in a clean sunny room.   I do not speak Thai, otherwise, it gets even cheaper.
