I just came back from BKK two weeks ago. There are at least 3 ladyboy gogo bars in Nana plaza. There is no Russian bar on the third floor. There are all night eating places in the BKK airport.
I use Grab car after BTS closes at 11:55pm. Lady drinks in Nana Plaza were 150 - 200B five years ago.
