APE can be extracted using WavePad. Google WavePad and download a trial version to test it out

It still can't handle files with simplified Chinese, but after I changed the file name to traditional Chinese, it can convert the files to MP3, but it can't split the songs, all songs were merged as one song ! Is there any other steps that I should do ? Thanks.
